Introduction To Databases - Stanford University

I got an email this morning mentioning that the above course which I signed up for about a month ago has started. I am looking forward to this. Below are further details related to the course.

A new announcement from the course staff:

Welcome to the online Introduction to Databases class! The class has not yet officially started, but in this pre-launch period, you can begin looking at the first week of content so that you can see what's coming and get a head start.

You can get started right away by watching the video lectures that we have made available. After watching the lectures, you should continue to complete the assignments that have been designed to help deepen your understanding of the material. Finally, we strongly encourage you to participate in our online Q&A forum, where you can post and answer questions and gain reputation points!

As we roll out additional course content and website features, we want to hear from you what is working and what isn't. You can use the Feedback link near the top of this page to give us general feedback about the class, content, bugs, or any other issue.

We are all very excited to have so many people on board, and we hope you'll have fun learning about databases!
